We can ship to virtually any address in the world but quoted freight costs are for delivery to metropolitan centre’s in Australia only, If you are interested in a product and are an international buyer please request a freight quote and one of our staff will be more than happy to oblige. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that we do prefer to have our product delivered to a business address to ensure its security and that there is a signatory there to receive it.
We will generally ship your order within 48 Hours of payment being received.
Please also note that not all items are stocked lines for us and lead times can vary, if we believe for any reason that we cannot supply within the Product Availability specified in each item listing one of our staff will advise of the new e.t.a.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. All refunds will attract a 20% restocking fee. In the event of being sent an incorrect item, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. However, any other return for whatever reason must be returned at the buyer’s expense.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
